I still don't really consider myself a runner, but I just completed my 3rd half-marathon. Whatever. I don't know. But here are a few things that I would love to share with you, and you don't even have to run, get blisters or pay a registration fee. Yay!

I am technically not in the middle. I am towards the end of my training, but I am not at the end yet...Therefore in my mind I am squarely in the MIDDLE.  I picture the middle like a bridge that connects the exciting beginning with the exhilarating end. Kind of a means...
